Kansas has become an abortion destination because of a radical court decision. Out of state residents are coming to Kansas to have abortions and record numbers. Half of all abortions are performed on out of state residents, and painful dismemberment abortions have increased by nearly 20%. We're at a ten-year high for the number of abortions performed in Kansas. That's why we need to vote yes on the value them both amendment yes to restore common sense abortion limits.
