Throughout my life I've fought to bring needed change. At CVS I led the charge to take tobacco off our shelves. I tackled the opioid crisis head on, cutting off pill mill doctors, limiting the number of pills, and overseeing an almost 40% reduction in opioid prescriptions. Making change happen and taking care of people is what I've done and why I'm running for governor. I'll build 20,000 new houses and apartments and pay for it with a millionaire's tax. My job. Bob's plan will give Rhode Islanders the skills they need to provide for their families. I'll hire bridge inspectors, not contractors who donate to campaigns, so we don't have to have another Washington Bridge fiasco, and I've got lots of experience dealing with a guy like Donald Trump. I'll stand up to him when he attacks our state. Before my mother died, she told my siblings and me to take care of each other. I've honored her by following that path. These are scary times. I'll be a governor who looks out for you to make your life better.
