When I picked up the phone, um, t was screaming. He was hysterical mom, mom get here. Now I got shot. And he said there's bodies everywhere I could hear that he was in pain. I'm freaking out. It took two minutes and a couple seconds to kill 10 people and injure three others. One of the first phone calls that I made, I called Senator Kennedy and I told him that it was out here and he said he's on his way. People were out in front of the top's grocery store and Senator Kennedy was right out there with them. He was always there to help people to hold people to mourn the community. He knew that we could do more to save lives and he went right to work and immediately passed stronger gun laws in New York State. He'll never stop fighting to make our streets safer.
