President Trump, you have long vowed to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act. If we come up with something, we're gonna do it and we're gonna replace it. You still do not have a plan. I have concepts of a plan. There are concepts and options. We, we have to do that. You have no plan. When Donald Trump was president, he tried to get rid of the Affordable Care Act. And what the Affordable Care Act has done is eliminate the ability of insurance companies to deny people with pre existing conditions. You remember what that was like? We over the last four years have strengthened the Affordable Care Act and now we have capped the cost of insulin at $35 a month. We have capped the cost of prescription medication for seniors at $2000 a year. And when I am president, we will do that for all people.
